Carry-On Luggage Pedalboard Challenge [Dan vs Mick] – That Pedal Show

Carry-On Luggage Pedalboard Challenge [Dan vs Mick] – That Pedal Show We assemble two pedalboards that would be allowed as cabin/hand luggage on a typical budget airline. A wide, versatile range of sounds and fast setup is essential – who wins?

Life too short for long YouTube videos? Please see the ‘Interesting bits and go-to sections’ information below.

After receiving lots of feedback that our normal, big pedalboards are too big and cumbersome for MPMOTT (most people most of the time), we decided to address the issue with a challenge! Let’s assume we’re flying on a budget airline and have only carry-on/hand luggage… not knowing what amp may be provided at the other end. What can we come up with?
Let’s find out – enjoy the episode!

Judge’s note: We never got to see Mick’s change of clothes and ablutive accoutrements. The judge hereby confirms he did have a laptop bag containing said items – as per the Easy Jet Speedy Boarding allowance – ready and packed. With all the pedalboard fun, we forgot to film it. Doh!
