WWR 100 – NYC - DC power out was caused by EMP

The NYC / DC power outages were caused by US Military Focused EMP devices. This was done to disable electronic countermeasures at Clinton Foundation HQ and underground tunnels leading to Washington DC that were being used as an "underground railroad" for child trafficking.
