U.K. Agrees that Ukraine Jet Was Shot Down By Iranian Missile, Raab Says U.K. Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab said the U.K. agrees with U.S. and Canadian officials that the Ukraine jet was shot down by an Iranian missile in Tehran, perhaps accidentally. He called for a full and open investigation of the crash while visiting Montreal. Earlier, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Canadian intelligence indicated the Boeing 737 was downed by an Iranian surface-to-air missile.
