Presidential spokesperson Salvador Panelo says the Philippines bans the entry of US Senators Durbin and Leahy who introduced a provision in the US budget banning entry of Filipino officials responsible for Sen. Leila de Lima's detention. President Duterte also threatens to require all Americans to get visas before entering to the Philippines regardless of their purpose if the US imposes a travel ban on Philippine officials responsible for de Lima's detention.
