South African Airways has confirmed flights from South Africa to New York and Dallas in the United States have been affected by the strike by two unions. The national carrier has advised passengers to contact their issuing travel agents for further information.
SAA spokesperson, Tlali Tlali says customers are entitled to a full refund on their bookings. Where possible, people can also re-book with one of SAA's partner airlines.
