PROFITABLE CONSERVATION: Kilifi residents earn unique living by taking care of forest

PROFITABLE CONSERVATION: Kilifi residents earn unique living by taking care of forest Forest conservation is one way communities living near the forests can use to address joblessness, eradicate poverty and support other economic needs and communities living near Arabuko Sokoke forest and mangrove forest of Mida Creek in Kilifi county can attest to that fact.
The community is making a living out of conserving the two forests, something that they have been doing for the last 16 years, at the same time supporting students from needy families in the area to earn an education.
