Last night I spent time learning about anti-inflammatory diet’s because so much disease is created through inflammation. I realized 90% of the food I eat causes inflammation within the body... scary! So now knowing what I know it’s my responsibility to make new decisions.
I took to Pinterest created a new board dedicated to anti-inflammatory foods and recipes. I then created a shopping list, went to Trader Joe’s and I’m in action with my new lifestyle now!
My body has always been so great to me so it’s time that I start respecting her on a whole new level.
I’m committed to listening to my body, honoring her and treating her as though she is a holy temple.
She’s my ride or die, literally lol so we gotta have each other’s backs.
