San Diego: Woman Stopped from Entering an Elementary School 10102019

A woman was attempting to drive her truck onto the school parking lot and hit the chain barricade. She attempted to drive through and was finally stopped. She then got out of her truck and walked onto the school grounds and was acting erratically, including screaming at a tree. The school called the Police and when they arrived, the woman attempted to leave, but the officers blocked her vehicle. The woman was detained without incident.
The children were never in any danger and the school did not go into “Lockdown”. The woman had a lot of new unopened tools in the cab of the truck which may be stolen. The woman is either drunk or mentally ill
