He was thrown out with his collar on his neck. Hunger depleted him into skin and bones, mange ruined his skin. He was first treated at the clinic and then taken to a private shelter. Now he is eating so so much😊
We named him “Safe”. Safe is about to leave for his forever home. All of us, we managed to change the life of another soul. You did this, you achieved this success.
