UPDATE Steam Agreement already present Valve remains silent against Epic Games

Earlier today I posted a video discussing the Steam Developer Agreement and some apparent changes made by Valve to combat Epic Exclusives making use of Steam for free advertising. Apparently, the clause already existed and the sleeping giant that is Valve remains dormant on this issue. It does, however, point out that games like Metro Exodus and Shenmue 3 may very well be in violation of contract.
