As the Cardinal brothers storm Orencia to stop Catalina's forces in their tracks, they end up coming face to face with Matteo (Marco Gumabao). Meanwhile, Nina (Sarah Jane Abad) and Dulce (Kylie Verzosa) begin their escape from the hospital. However, their plans turn sideways when their rivals try to put a stop to their endeavors. In the violent clash that ensues between the women, one side ends up gaining a trump card against the other.
Continuing their investigation into Catalina (Jean Saburit), the brothers uncover an intriguing discovery. Elsewhere, the Senyora decides to make use of Matteo (Marco Gumabao) as her forces continue to dwindle in numbers.
After days of no leads on Catalina's (Jean Saburit) location, the Cardinals finally reach a breakthrough when an unexpected ally joins forces with them. As they prepare for their attack on their worst adversary, the family's anxieties begin to bubble up to the surface. Meanwhile, the Senyora refuses to give in without a fight and thinks up of the most painful way to get back at her enemies. Despite the seemingly hopeless search for Connor (Joshua Colet), the brothers continue to keep their hopes up. Elsewhere, a miracle quietly occurs.
