Here are the ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo ground pork
- 2 grated medium size carrots
- 8 pcs chopped red onions
- 8 tbsps oatmeal
- 2 beaten eggs
- black ground pepper
- 60 gms (4 tbsps) oyster sauce
- molo wrapper
Procedure:
1. Mix all the ingredients well.
2. Scoop a teaspoon of pork mixture. Place it in the middle of molo wrapper. Press gently all the corners. Do not over fill to cook it thoroughly.
3. Steam for 30 minutes.
4. Cover the lid with cloth to avoid tha water from dripping over siomai.
5. Top with toasted garlic, chili oil and soy sauce.
Soy Sauce Mixture:
1. Mix 1 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup calamansi juice & 4 tbsps brown sugar.
