#stress #panic #anxiety When we are stressed, the body narrows our visual field. We get tunnel vision. This helps you see where you are going so that you can run away. When we exercise our peripheral vision, the field of vision expands. A big field of vision cannot co-exist with the tunnel vision of stress. Do this exercise twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.
