Brilliant Dog to Run With | Trying to Lose Weight Running

Having lost my Dad we need to find a new home for his dog Sasha who is a brilliant dog to run with and has helped me with my journey of trying to lose weight running. Due to Dads passing and the funeral planning I haven't been out for some weeks, so I am trying to get back into my heart rate running training in this video and Sasha certainly helped.
If you or someone you know, is looking for a nice dog and you can give her plenty of exercise please do get in touch, the family are going to miss her madly, so if we can house close to Norwich or Borehamwood and can still see her from time to time that's an added bonus - I will take her on runs for you :-)
