1. Do things for someone else.
Think of others more highly than yourself.

2. Talk to your most trusted friends.
Laugh. Its the best medicine and remember to always be present when talking to others.

3. Eliminate stress.
Not all stress can be eliminated but clear out any that you personally have a choice whether to be in or not. Stress kills brain cells and shrinks prefrontal cortex of the brain.

4. Listen to happy music.
Your brain is programmed to be happier when it hears music; brain releases dopamine, a feel good chemical!!! Yay for music!!

5. Accomplish something.
Finishing a goal releases serotonin which helps make one feel less insecure. Do a puzzle, keep a plant alive, draw, finish sports team goals as a group.


Remember to be yourself. Do what is natural and right for you and your body, but dont be afraid of risks or trying new things. Live your best happy life and let me know how you feel after trying these 5 things for a Happier Life!!
