How Should You React to “Coming Soon” Listings?

Have you come across any “coming soon” signs in front yards while out and about looking at houses? Today I’ll discuss what these signs indicate for the listings they represent and what you should do if you’re interested in a “coming soon” home. First of all, a "coming soon" home may or may not be listed on the MLS, but either way, it’s not yet available for viewing. This doesn’t mean you can’t learn more about the home, though, or even make an offer on it if you like it enough.
