Where are you limiting your joy?
Do you believe your level of joy is limited?
Are you buying into the beliefs of others?
If so, how is this belief working out for you?!
As with everything, our beliefs create our reality and so by bringing these beliefs into our conscious awareness, can totally shift the reality we are experiencing.
Today I touch on "toxic positivity" and my triggers around this area! There is a line between promoting that we need to be happy all the time - and accepting and working through our humanness in order to become happy and raise our vibration and learn the skill of bouncing back quicker! Because surely this is what everyone wants?
Perhaps we just don't believe its possible and I am here to remind you that you get to decide!.
As children we are taught that its not ok to be not ok and this is limiting our joy! Loving and accepting ourselves now, and learning how to use our emotional guidance system is the key to living a more joyful (not perfect!) life.
The beauty is, we do get to choose and it's my work to raise awareness of the ways we can do this.
You CAN live a joyful life and the first step is to CLAIM IT!!
