Replacing Air Operated Fan Clutch Friction Lining

Hopefully this will save someone some hassle in the future, it's a quick and easy repair if you can find the parts.

My truck was overheating, found a leak in the fan clutch's air line which caused it to partially disengage burning the lining. After the lining burned out the fan was basically free wheeling, you could stop the fan with a piece of cardboard with the engine running.

8mm socket on a 1/4" ratchet and it's less than a 10 minute repair.

Clutch: Borg Warner Kysor K22 FA Style Fan Clutch 1090-08000-01 Front Air 2.5" Pilot 3.5" Bolt
Clutch Lining: 1033-08250-01, 9908403, 8500L
