The Magnificent Shin of Allah | Christian Prince

Quran 68:42
Yusuf Ali: The Day that the shin shall be laid bare, and they shall be summoned to bow in adoration, but they shall not be able,-

Sahih International: The Day the shin will be uncovered and they are invited to prostration but the disbelievers will not be able,

Arberry: Upon the day when the leg shall be bared, and they shall be summoned to bow themselves, but they cannot;

"You should know that he is one-eyed, and Allah is not one-eyed."


Then the Almighty will come to them in a shape other than the one which they saw the first time, and He will say, 'I am your Lord,' and they will say, 'You are not our Lord.'


Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The first batch (of people) who will enter Paradise will be (glittering) like the full moon, and the batch next to them will be (glittering) like the most brilliant star in the sky. Their hearts will be as if the heart of a single man, for they will have neither enmity nor jealousy amongst themselves; everyone will have two wives from the houris, (who will be so beautiful, pure and transparent that) the marrow of the bones of their legs will be seen through the bones and the flesh."


She gave him food and sat clearing his head of lice.


She placed a screen (to screen herself) from them; then We sent her our angel, and he appeared before her as a man in all respects. (Quran 19:17)

They ask thee concerning the Spirit (of inspiration). Say: "The Spirit (cometh) by command of my Lord: of knowledge it is only a little that is communicated to you, (O men!)" (Quran 17:85)

But when he came to the (fire), a voice was heard from the right bank of the valley, from a tree in hallowed ground: "O Moses! Verily I am Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.... (Quran 28:30)

O Children of Israel! call to mind the (special) favour which I bestowed upon you, and fulfil your covenant with Me as I fulfil My Covenant with you, and fear none but Me. (Quran 2:40)

Your women ARE A TILLAGE for you; so come unto your tillage AS YOU WISH


Is Gabriel really an angel?
