It happens in our community. Help is out there.

It happens in our community. Help is out there. Intimate partner violence and sexual assault affects gay, bisexual, trans, intersex and queer (GBTIQ) men.

ACON’s Sorting It Out study showed that while GBTIQ men want healthy and safe relationships for themselves, their friends and community, many men in our communities have been in an unhealthy or abusive relationship. More than half of the 895 men who took part in the study agreed that sexual coercion and pressure are common amongst GBTIQ men.
