A&J Mobility is a family company, and we love exceptional food. When it comes to salad dressing, we like to make it from scratch. Dolores Kupsh has a delicious recipe for french dressing. You have an option for the type of vinegar you use and the type of oil you use for this recipe. For a classic taste go with white vinegar, for some zing choose apple cider vinegar, but my favorite is a balsamic vinegar (I used this in the video, it gives it a browner color rather than the deep red) to add some complexity for the palette. Use the type of oil you like best. In this video, I used extra virgin olive oil.
1/2 c. sugar 2/3 c. catsup 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. vinegar 1 c. oil 2 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. Worcestershire 1 medium onion
Mix ingredients in order: sugar, catsup, salt, vinegar, oil, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and onions. Mix with hand mixer or in blender (I used an immersion blender). Refrigerate. Shake before using if oil separates. A little garlic can be added, if desired.
