Can I measure the speed of light with THIS.... ?

light travels 300 million meters per second
my camera records 1 million frames per second.
So if I were to shine a laser on a mirror 300 meters away, it would arrive back about 2 frames later.

The next question. Can you turn on a laser that quickly?
