Bangkok prepares for Thailand's first coronation in nearly 70 years

Thailand's King Maha Vajiralongkorn is conducting the final rituals ahead of his coronation on Saturday. He paid respect to the Emerald Buddha, one of Thailand's most sacred relics and also lit an auspicious candle while 80 monks chanted at the Grand Palace.
