Vehicle was owned for 30 miles and breaks down. They said that they check every vehicle out and this had no issues. I’ll let the video speak for itself. Rear entertainment is broken, mirrors don’t collapse in, didn’t receive any key fobs. Reed in service has been helpful trying to fix some issues but Travis, gm or sales, does not make things right. I didn’t expect to have to spend hundreds of dollars after just taking ownership, but lesson learned. This was an 09 Escalade with 61k miles.
