The Sensible Women Initiative (SWI), Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) charitable organization that was founded in 2012. It is operated by a volunteer group of dedicated professional women from various parts of the United States. The SWI provides services to young ladies ages five to twenty-five - particularly in the areas of personal development and relationship building. Based on their age levels, participants are organized into three groups: Diamond, Violet, and Butterfly.
