NSF parachute incident: All static line jumps suspended until completion of formal inquiry A formal Board of Inquiry has been convened by the army for a full investigation into a training incident in December, where National Serviceman Joshua Quek sustained cervical spine injury during a parachute jump. All static line parachute jumps have been suspended until the completion of the formal inquiry, and will only resume when their recommendations have been implemented. Detailed investigations are underway to determine if adequate supervision was given during the jump.
