This happened in the Scarborough area by Neilson and Ellesmere on 10th of January 2020 at 2:30 a.m. If anyone recognized this guy please kindly let me know or call Crimestoppers or your local police please help us to keep the community safe. This guy is walking around the whole neighbourhood checking all the cars to look for easy access in, so he can steal the stuff. please keep your car doors locked at all times as well as your house and keep ur eye in your neighbourhood if you see any unusual activities please report it to the authorities to keep the neighbourhood safe
