Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India 🇮🇳 invites Indian folk singer Kalpana Patowary to participate and showcase Indian folk music in different dialects in the 23rd National Youth Festival 2020 at Lucknow Uttar Pradesh on 15th January 2020. The Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports in association with Uttar Pradesh’s Youth Welfare Department, The Nehru Yuva Kendra and the NSS jointly organizes the National Youth Festival every year on the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda from 12th to 16th January with the theme ‘Channelizing Youth Power for Nation Building‘.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the festival.
