IT ALL CAME CRASHING DOWN - First Time Buyers House Buying Vlogs - Lara Joanna Jarvis

I can't believe I'm posting this just a few days after the highs of the last first time buyers house buying vlogs! It's been a heartbreaking week.

** I want to add that this is just our personal problems and in no way does it compare to what is going on in the world!! I just want to document the whole house buying process for anyone else going through the same thing. **

As you may have seen from the last video, our mortgage had been agreed in principle and as far as we were told it was all but ours. We had reserved a home, been to see it many times, taken lots of pics, made lots of plans and got very excited.
Sadly because of my earnings in 2018 we don't qualify for the help to buy equity loan - the Government backed scheme designed to get first time buyers on the property ladder - the irony!!

Sorry I haven't managed to reply to all of your lovely messages on the last first time buyers house buying video - they were all so lovely but once we realised this had happened it didn't feel right to lie to you and reply saying thank you, when we knew we had potentially lost the house :(

It all came crashing down and feels like a disaster, but I wont give up. This is our time and what is meant to be will be.
