Once you reach this stage, you will feel your self-confidence building
You will have completed some of your goals which you started in Step 2 and you will have plenty of success to celebrate
This is the time to start stretching yourself. Make a goal a bit bigger and the challenges a bit tougher. Increase the size of your commitment
