Banking Fraud on a Massive Scale Discovered

The Times has recently reported on the story of the discovery on an almost industry wide scale of forgery, including documents that have been used in court. When the same thing happened in the United States, it resulted in 25 billion dollars worth of fines. In the UK, there seems to be a perplexing delay in prosecuting the case, even though the Treasury Select Committee have put their weight behind the investigation.
