Australia Fires - Latest images seen from space | Australia Burns

With emergencies declared in New South Wales and Victoria, thousands of Australians are fleeing for their lives as devasting bush fires ravage Australia.

This is not only a human disaster but an ecological one as well, with millions of animals killed including thousands of Koalas.

This video was created using images taken by the Himawari 8 satellite starting from December 25th until today, 2nd January 2020.
