Welcome to my YouTube channel. I thought I’d start off the year by losing a few pounds I’d gathered up over the years.
My goal is to lose 10lbs by March. Meaning I would have to lose a pound a week.
This week was a little discouraging when I stepped on the scale and didn’t see a difference.
Even though I worked out last week. I cheated and indulge in things I shouldn’t have over the weekend. So what you eat does play a big role even though you work out.
