You are NOT Clarence Kennedy (Olympic weightlifting Tips) hey guys in this video we discuss that you are not Clarence Kennedy, and even I'm not Clarence Kennedy (Clarence cleans over 500 lbs and snatches over 400 lbs) . This video was sparked by my recent training slump and battling my own mind about training. I'm also getting back into Olympic weightlifting so this was timely. Often we can compare ourselves to others and have others be our inspiration rather than ourselves. Its okay that you are not Clarence or even me, you won't ever be. One of the biggest tips I can give you is to focus on YOU. This is your journey. I'm excited to just have some fun and get back to my Olympic lifting roots and provide you guys with some weightlifting tips that have helped me in the future.
