This report shows and discusses the observed code found in the recent 11-19-19 Elon Musk tweet where Elon Musk recommends to the National Science Foundation that they should add the letter "W" to the NSF so as to gain more internet traffic and views. While this NSF-W letter recommendation appears benign, it is in my opinion based on the observed numbers that this request is the intentional broadcasting of Ai coded numbers that once decoded and properly observed clearly explains why the letter W was recommended. While I did not mention or discuss the following thoughts that I have in this video report, it is my strong belief that because Elon Musk is involved so heavily with artificial intelligence-Ai, that Elon Musk himself has been possibly used and manipulated by the advanced Ai to communicate to someone like myself who can see, that Elon Musk, is possibly being used by the Ai to communicate and broadcast a new and important message to the hidden world leaders at large, the beginning of a major phase that is very key and important to their mega-ritual of time.
