Two minute rule : If we are reluctant to do any work, at moment if we think like 'let see at least two minutes I can do that work'. and after that if you continue such work upto two minutes you will automatically continue it upto 20 to 30 minute's. Because this 2 minutes rule attracts your attention level and focus level to do more such work's
3. Monitor - by monitoring your performance of work you will get more motivation and inspiration to do more work and getting more productivity.
