North Korea fires projectiles amid stalled nuclear diplomacy with US South Korean lawmakers said there has been increased movement at a missile launch site that Pyongyang claimed it had demolished. The intelligence agency report comes as North Korea confirmed the test-launch of two projectiles, amid stalled nuclear diplomacy with the US. According to Seoul, the missiles travelled up to 380 kilometres, and reached an altitude of 97 kilometres. That puts nearly all of South Korea within range,
and threatening US troops stationed there too.
