ISRO Chief K. Sivan counters NASA over finding Vikram lander, says 'Our orbiter spotted debris'

A Chennai-based engineer was credited by NASA for finding the debris of the lander of Chandrayaan 2. However, in a statement by the ISRO Chief K Sivan - the Indian space agency had already located the Vikram lander which went comms dark at around 2.1 kilometers above the surface of the moon.
