The Cowboys and Jason Garrett have claimed he wasn’t benched, he was gassed, they want a different formation and rotation and that he actually wasn’t benched. The spin is on from the Cowboys and Downey isn’t happy.
Finally, in more bad Cowboys News, Xavier Su’a-Filo’s season is over. The Cowboys had to shut down the backup LG after he broke a bone in his leg. Joe Looney is the next man up.
