Which Pack|Version would YOU prefer? [SeriousUpdate]

Who always let's me record videos at 3 in the morning? It NEVER turns out well, stop letting me do that!
But yes, a rather long video about me trying to decide what kind of pack i'd like to play - they are both modded, they are both chill, non-progression, non-expert packs, and both have their ups and downs.
