Ben Affleck stars as Jack Cunningham, who was once a basketball phenom with a full university scholarship but forfeits his future for unknown reasons. When he accepts a position to coach the basketball team at his old alma mater, Jack may have found a reason to pull his life back together from the downward spiral of alcoholism that cost him his marriage and any hope for a better life.
