We choose to stay in the past or hurt that we have experienced or to let it go and see it from a higher perspective and understanding. We do NOT have to hold onto it. We do NOT have to continue to suffer or be in pain with our past, traumatic experiences, hurts, what has happened to us, what we have struggled with or gone through, or any other vibration that makes us feel horrible. We can experience a life filled with Peace, Love, friendship, harmony, balance, and wisdom, as long as we choose to let go the old and allow the new.
