NJPE Unboxing Customized Tricycle and Bicycle Frame and Parts The frame is the main assembly unit of the sanitation tricycle. There are various materials and complex processes used to build this frame. Now I will show you the customized machining parts--bicycle frame.
Total there are 46 parts involved in the frame, our engineering team spent 4 weeks in R&D. the main tube is adjustable in length to fit to correct overall measurements.
The material of the main frame is aluminum 6061 T6, and the process is tube cutting, bending/precision cnc machining, TIG welding, polishing, deburring, and powder coating. We do the protections on all the holes before the powder coating to get the accurate dimensions for the perfect fit/assembly. The powder coating has various fashion colors for different markets and different tastes.
There are also many separate parts in the rear bracket, like spindles, brackets, arms dropout right, and so on. The materials we choose is alloy steel 42CrMo4 and Aluminum 6061 t6. The process is tube/plate cutting, stamping, bending/precision cnc machining, MIG/TIG welding, polishing, deburring, and powder coating, after assembly, it looks amazing.
The N.W of the whole frame is 7.98kgs; the regular quantity is 50 units per month.
