Trump escalates impeachment battle, refusing to cooperate with inquiry

After the Trump administration barred a key witness from testifying, the White House informed congressional Democrats that it will not cooperate with their impeachment inquiry. Democrats said they are subpoenaing the U.S. ambassador to the E.U., and suggested blocking testimony may be an impeachable offense.
