Ricky credits his physical therapist for helping him walk out of the hospital post- lung transplant

Working with a physical therapist prior to his operation helped Ricky to be as fit as possible when he received his new lungs.
Ricky's goal was to walk home after surgery. Through working hard in sessions with his physical therapist, he did just that! Ricky was able to leave the wheelchair behind at the hospital and walk through his front door on his own two feet.
