Today I talk about over coming addiction , where alcohol and drugs landed me, how I cope with being alcohol & drug free , I didn’t mention in the video about abusing xanax & prescription drugs , but it was also a big part of my 20’s . I hope this video helps those that need to see it can be over come , and also how detrimental addiction is on our lives . I believe in dealing with our emotions and helping this be wide spread and public knowledge about how to handle our emotions , and use prevention methods so we don’t fall victim to the slippery slopes of hell addiction brings .
