ANPPCAN Uganda, a child protection and prevention against abuse organization wants government to formulate a policy that abolishes the practice of schools transferring students to other examination centers as a way to do away with bad performers and keep the good ones. ANPPCAN -Uganda Ignatius Nuwoha says this is a gross violation of children's rights to protection, development and participation.
