Boris Johnson threatens to pull deal if MPs reject timetable for delivering Brexit by Oct 31 Government sources have warned that Mr Johnson could pull the Withdrawal Agreement Bill if the Commons rejects his plans to force the legislation through in three days.

It comes amid growing fears that Remainer MPs could block the programme motion this evening, in a move that would make it virtually impossible to pass the legislation in time for the UK to leave by the end of the month.
