- You can connect hair ties together to carry your yoga mat with you in nature.

- Use hot glue at the bottom of your socks to make them anti-slippery when you do exercises on the floor

- I also show you some relatable situations we’ve all been in when we work out for the first time at the gym. We go in all energetic and leave totally exhausted with all our muscles aching.

- To get rid of bad smells from your training shoes add some baking soda in a napkin and then place it in your shoes for a few hours.
