Habits are the things we regularly do. They have a trigger. They occur without much or any thought.

The challenge is you have hardwired your beliefs and actions over time. You have forgotten your triggers.

But you CAN find your triggers, unlearn the habits you don't want and replace them better ones.

You just need to know the process... [hint - it involves putting pen to paper] and most people need help with that. And support. We have that covered.

So instead of repeating the same old excuses:
